Installed in 2023, this rectangular Savannah tent represents an exciting move for the iconic Tellers steakhouse on Long Island. Its parent restaurant group recently unveiled Tellers Next Door for private events. One of two event spaces at this new venue, the bespoke event tent, which they call “The Pavilion,” fits snuggly into the available lot. Its handcrafted mahogany frame and breathable sailcloth canopy form a soft, dreamy, organic atmosphere. Left unfinished, the mahogany will weather over time to a soft grey. Curved rafters cascade down from a central cupola, which brings additional natural light into the tented space. Mahogany doors and fixed window frames complete the perimeter design.
